Policies

We book one bounce house per day, to ensure you are receiving a clean, sanitized unit.

Rentals which require a pickup time past 9pm are subject to a late pickup fee.

All rentals require 50% non-refundable deposit to book, and your balance must be paid in full (7) days prior to event. Cancellations must be done within (7) days of your event. Once your balance is paid in full and you cancel after the (7) days you will not be refunded your final payment.

Weather and safety are very important, and we reserve the right to cancel your booking due to inclement weather. If you choose to reschedule due to weather than you will need to select a new available date. If you do not wish to reschedule at the time of cancellation then your final payment will be refunded, and your deposit will be held on your account for 12 months starting from your original scheduled event date.

A minimum of $50 will be charged if we need to carry the inflatable up or down stairs.

Basic Rules:

There are no shoes, food, drinks, face paint, glitter, slime, silly string, fireworks, confetti, gender reveal dust/powder, pen/marker/crayon/paint/etc. allowed on the bounce house as this can cause the vinyl to pop, rip, or stain. Any damage (beyond typical wear and tear) will result in an additional fee to repair or replace the damage done. We do not set up at events with face paint. Face paint (even washable) permanently stains the bouncers. If any face paint gets on the bouncer the client will be held responsible for replacement costs.
